‘The Fabric of the Cosmos’ by Brian Greene is a mind blowing book that can be read by anyone that is keen to know about mysteries of the spacetime that we live in. It is quite easy to read as there are no equations or rocket science but it can make you stop reading to think “could it be?”. It is good for geeks and amateurs of quantum physic. Brian Greene as always explains the most astonishing discoveries and theories in a simple way, he uses familiar daily examples and cartoon characters, it can be helpful to get a funny picture of a complicated idea.

There was a time when publishing a blog post was easy. Just a few notes, jotted in a rush, a quick spell checking and then hit “Publish”. Well, it’s not anymore. At least for me. Besides the psychological benefits of “letting it all out”, a blog post has a much higher purpose. Again, at least for me. On this blog alone, I have more than 300 blog posts published. I guess that somewhere around blog post number 200, I came out with a personal filter. A quality assurance system, if you want.

In the last two articles of the series, I shared things that you need to do to prepare yourself for the freelance writing career. In this article, I will tell you what you should do once your résumé is in place, you have written a good cover letter, and you have built your portfolio. How much do you deserve? This is going to be tricky. You have two big giants to tackle: The pay rate in the niche you have chosen to write and the amount paid to new writers like you. For this, you will have to do some research.

A study by Sharpe Partners, an interactive marketing agency, revealed that 89% of adult Internet users in America share content with others via e-mail. This is excellent news for those companies who use self-propelling “ word-of-mouse e-mail techniques to sell their products. The study generated some interesting results regarding the type of content that is most often forwarded, as well. The most popular content is humorous material.

I got the following email today an thought it would be nice to share: “Swine flue, as much as they say, is not so dangerous. You will have a high fever for a couple of days; there will be a small change in your appearance; and then you will get well. Below is a picture of someone who has just recovered form a swine flue. As you can see, it is really not that bad.”
